ABOUT TERRI

Terri is a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT).  Her certification is from McKinney Christian Academy Multi-Sensory Teacher Training Center in Texas.  She is also an Orton-Gillingham certified teacher from the Children's Dyslexia Center in Illinois. Terri holds a bachelors degree from Illinois State University.

Terri lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with her husband, three children, and two dogs. She began her career in the dyslexia field when two of her children were diagnosed with dyslexia in first grade. It was difficult to find a properly trained person to help her son and daughter, so she decided to become that properly trained person. Terri continues to work with her children as well as countless other children to help them become confident and successful readers.
